Terms and Conditions of Japan Car Tuning (called a result JCT)

1st Prices and Payment
1.1 Prices
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
All orders that are received before a price change is executed, the time of ordering the current price.
Articles which are offered without a price in the shop are not free! Please ask the price via email.
1.2 Payment
We accept the payment: advance payment to our bank account.
For all shipments abroad we in principle require the prepayment of the order to our bank account.
For returning customers who have ordered several times with us, we make it possible to pay by invoice.
The decision whether orders payment in advance or by invoice must be paid, is entirely at the discretion of JCT.
We reserve the right to charge for single orders require advance payment of at least 30%.
Items that which we order on request or on special request of our customers Lieferaten, the payment is payment in advance, even if the customer usually pays by invoice.
We deliver the items on all orders with payment in advance rule out only upon receipt of payment.
If the ordered item is not in stock and we have to order them from our suppliers, our order is executed at the supplier is also only after receipt of the advance.

2nd Delivery
2.1 Delivery to Customer
For delivery of the item to the customer, we use the following delivery services:

International parcels up to 2.0m in length and up to 30kg abroad with German Post Express Delivery

At the express request of the customer, we also use FedEx as a courier.
The additional costs will however be charged to the customer.
We supply basically all countries. For this we use the extent possible, the German Post Express.
For faster delivery, we also use the customer is request the courier company FedEx.
The delivery costs depend on delivery location and the size and the weight of the package and the customer will be charged additionally.
For incorrect due to incomplete and / or incorrect delivery addresses JCT is not responsible. The customer is required to verify the correctness of his information and the order to pay the additional costs of wrong.
2.2 shipping
The supply from JCT are always charged to the customer and this will be communicated after the order (by mail).
If the actual costs exceed those which have been communicated to the customer by JCT and JCT is responsible for the higher costs (eg price delivery service is not), so the customer bears the additional costs and are charged to him.

2.3 Damaged goods
All shipments are packed professionally and properly.
JCT does not accept any liability and responsibility for damage caused during the transport.
On request we send supplies with a corresponding transport insurance.
The cost of such insurance shall be borne by the customer.
If the customer damage to the packaging or contents notes, it is his task to immediately inform the delivery service (Swiss Post, German post office, etc. to report).

All claims for damage must be placed in service delivery.

2.4 Delivery wrong articles

2.5 Incomplete Delivery

2.6 Shortage of supply
JCT can not deliver the ordered items due to supply shortages of its suppliers within the times listed in the online shop, so JCT notify this to the customer.
Basically JCT provides a purchase order to the customers only when it can be fully delivered.
At the express request of the customer, JCT results from partial shipments. The additional costs are charged to the customer. No information regarding delivery times made in the shop, a maximum delivery time is 3-6 weeks.
JCT is not responsible for longer delivery times due to supply shortages of its suppliers.
A cancellation or change in the total order is not possible supply shortages.

3rd Orders
3.1 Special orders
As a special order covers all items that are not listed in our shop and all items that are listed in our shop without a price and on request.

JCT tries to process special orders as quickly as possible.
The customer agrees that the delivery times for special orders of JCT can not be estimated, and that this can amount to several months.

JCT reserves the right to reject special orders at any time without giving reasons or cancel.
We do not accept cancellations of special orders by the customer.

3.2 Cancellation of an order
Cancellations will be accepted only up to the date of delivery of the item to the customer.

4th Products
4.1 specifications

4.1 Warranty

4.2 Legality of goods sold
JCT guarantees for any of the items advertised, that according to the laws in the country of the customer are legal.

JCT sold some items for use in road transport which are not legal and only for racing or show use may be used.

5th Other provisions
